Technical Deep-Dive
Let’s get into the details of these certified energy-saving halogen bulbs. We built them for industrial heating jobs where you need precise temperature control. They plug right into the standard 230V or 240V circuits you already have. And they pull a serious punch—anywhere from 1500W to 2500W. The payoff? A ton of heat packed into a small space. The tube itself is about 300mm long. That size is just right for slipping into tight machine housings without forcing you to redesign the whole enclosure.
Material & Design
The heart of it is a quartz envelope. We chose it because it can handle sudden temperature swings without cracking. Inside, the halogen cycle keeps the filament clean. That means a stable light output and a longer life than you’d get from a regular incandescent bulb. We also added an internal reflective coating. It funnels infrared energy forward, so less heat is wasted and your process just runs more efficiently. And the R7s double-ended connector? It gives you a solid, straight connection that stays tight, even when the machine is vibrating.
Application & Benefits
You’ll find these lamps hard at work on production lines, handling drying, curing, and spot heating. The energy-saving design helps keep operating costs down, but you don’t lose the fast heat-up or the steady temperature you need for consistent cycles. Plus, because they’re certified, you know they meet safety and performance standards. That makes things easier for the folks building the equipment—compliance is one less thing to worry about. Now, here’s the trade-off. All that concentrated heat means you need proper cooling and shielding. If you don’t, nearby parts can get hotter than you’d expect.
